Russell Davis is a licensed attorney in California and Connecticut whose practice encompasses all facets of corporate law, with particular emphasis on assisting emerging business enterprises in realizing their growth potential through informed, competent counsel. Mr. Davis is admitted to practice before the courts of California and Connecticut, the United States District Court of Southern California, and he is a member of the California Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association.
