Mary is a busy mom of two girls and travels the country as a media personality for morning shows and she’s finishing up her fourth book. She’s a syndicated columnist, creator of the Go with Your Gut Process, speaker, coach, and radio host.

Her background:

Mary started her career on Wall Street as an Institutional Bond Salesperson. Her clients included banks, S & L’s, and money managers. Her specialty was mortgage-backed securities, CAR’s, CARD’s, Fannie Mae’s, Freddie Mac’s and short-term treasuries. Seated next to Harvard MBA’s, Mary had a successful nine-year career as an assistant vice-president, working in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

As one who can’t sit still, Mary opened a real estate company and developed, bought and sold over $10 million of coastal San Diego properties in three years. She also sang in a band, became a Licensed Holistic Health Practitioner and coached individuals on her Go with Your Gut Process.

In 2002, Mary began hosting a weekly radio show for entrepreneurs. She quickly created a following of loyal listeners and knowledgeable guests. In 2003, she joined forces with Heather Reider to become co-founder of MomsTown, Inc. a website and community for moms who want to work-from-home. MomsTown.com offers products, services, inspiration, and motivation for the woman who is trying to do it all and earn a paycheck. Two months later, an editor at Hyperion Books contacted them and their first award-winning book was published; The MomsTown Guide to Getting It All; A Life Makeover for Stay-at-Home Moms (Hyperion 2005). Then a contract with CBS Paramount and several appearances on Dr. Phil as his Mom Squad led to their second award-wining book; It’s All About You; Live the Life You Crave (Simon & Schuster/Free Press 2007).

Mary also appeared on CBS The Early Show, as well as over 25 morning shows, hundreds of radio shows, and in publications such as Parents, USA Today, Parade, Martha Stewart’s Body & Soul, More, Quick & Simple, In Touch, Talkers, Private Clubs, San Diego Magazine, and the Union Tribune.
