Jeffrey Bloom is Executive Vice President of West Coast Operations. He is a 20-plus year thoroughbred industry veteran, serving as a jockey, marketing and media relations consultant, and broadcaster. For nine of those years he was a professional jockey, winning races at many of the major tracks in North America. After retiring from active riding, he became the main workout rider for such trainers as Hall of Famer Charles Whittingham and Eddie Gregson.

Following his racing career, Bloom earned a B.S. degree in Financial Services from San Diego State University and his business resume includes a successful venture in software technology sales and corporate business development.

Jeffrey lives in Oceanside, CA with his wife Susan and daughters Ashley and Hannah.
