Born in Washington DC and raised in Louisiana, Cecelia "Cece" Gonzalez is CEO and President of BCA Executive Recruiters  – a nationally recognized retained search firm devoted entirely to the Human Resources profession.  BCA helps Fortune 500 companies build world class HR Leadership teams by leveraging the BCA talent network to find the right candidate for the right position. BCA has placed candidates with clients such as Nestle Waters, Transamerica, Dryers Ice Cream, and Marsh & McClellan. Cecelia’s approach is highly consultative, leveraging both her vast experience in the human resource search practice and her intuitive assessment skills. She has built an extensive personal network of senior HR Leaders within many Fortune companies, permitting her to find the most qualified candidates to drive business results. Cecelia earned a degree in Human Resources Management from Louisiana Tech University and has hands-on experience in corporate human resources.

Cecelia is a very active member in her church, Santa Fe Christian Schools, and in many philanthropic organizations, including World Vision, Canine Companions for Independence. Cecelia is also a member of the Human Resource Planning Society and the Society for Human Resource Management.
